Payroll ManagerFull Time SalarySan Antonio, TX, US *We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our growing team! Job Summary : *Oversee the preparation of Bi-weekly Company Payroll for all divisions and locations of the Company including Foreign Jurisdictions.

Essential Responsibilities : Oversee month-end financial statements, company reporting, and timely submissionPrepare reports for quarterly, yearly and weekly reportsReview and abide by company policies and proceduresMake sure account balances are correctReview GL posting of payroll and ensure accuracy by company and departments.

Resolve payroll errorsManage payroll staffMonitor promotions, transfers and terminations and pay adjustmentsEnsure that payroll goes out in timely mannerManage annual audits of the 401(k) in coordination with the VP Controller and Accounting ManagerManage annual audits of Workmen’s CompensationSupervision : Supervision and oversight of 2-3 incumbents Education & Experience : Preferred bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent combination or experience and education or master’s degreeOr equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Three (3) plus years of accounting experiencePrior Supervisory ExperienceGreat Plains experience preferredPhysical Demands / Work Environment : Sitting for extended periods of timeDexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle otherCommunications / computer componentsOccasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
