Key Responsibilities
Meet performance goals related to patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Provide services to customers involving complex and sensitive information while acting as a patient advocate
Utilize company systems to resolve customer needs and assist with daily paperwork as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft suite and ability to navigate multiple chat channels
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays
