Must be enthusiastic
Must have at least 1 year of cooking on a restaurant kitchen line
Must have knowledge of sauces
Have to be able to work fast with the balance of quality and quantity
Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and multitask
Friendly personality with a positive attitude
Ability to work cohesively with a team, as well as independently
Able to work weekends
