A homecare clinic is seeking an experienced Call Center Director to lead its high-volume call center operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a large team, optimize communication workflows, and ensure exceptional patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing day-to-day call center operations
  • Leading, training, and motivating a large call center team
  • Ensuring high standards of patient communication and service
  • Implementing workflows, procedures, and performance metrics
  • Streamlining processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Collaborating with leadership to align service goals

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience in call center leadership, preferably in healthcare or homecare
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive
  • Salary : $75k - $100k / Year
