Easy Dynamics Corporation is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a large cloud-based Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program in the federal public sector

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and facilitate planning across multiple agile teams, support execution, and optimize the overall flow of program delivery
  • Work with business leaders and other internal customers to capture requirements and translate into technical tasks.
  • Manage organization of tasks into epics and releases using Agile toolsets (e.g. JIRA, GitHUb)
  • Document team processes and project-related artifacts in Confluence or similar toolset
  • Work closely with technical teams to manage Agile lifecycle activities (Scrums, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)
  • Work within technical team and also with other (non-technical team) workstreams of people to unblock technical team
  • Coordinate with the Program Manager and client program leadership on team activities, resource planning, and scheduling
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Demonstrated experience as a scrum master in on Information Technology projects, preferably Government-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in client-facing role, often at client's facility

Qualifications :

  • Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred
  • Demonstrated experience as a scrum master / RTE on large transformational IT programs, preferably in the public secrtor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable working in client-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (Public Trust)
  • 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • US Citizenship is required
