About Our Agency

• Our mission is to help small business owners in Texas get the best insurance protection for their business at the lowest possible rates.
• I am a US Navy Veteran of 13 years as a Hospital Corpsman.
• I am a proud former Police Officer with the Sachse Police Department.
• I have 7 years experience in the insurance industry.
• I have over 30 years building teams and succeeding in all kinds of environments.

Requirements

• Successful track record of meeting goals / quotas
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping small businesses and small business owners
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (previously obtained prior to start date)
• 1 year of insurance sales experience

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
