Integrative Medicine - Physician

Allina Health Cancer Institute seeks a fellowship‑trained Hematology/Oncology physician with additional training in Palliative Medicine/Integrative Oncology. In this pivotal role, you will help build and lead Integrative Oncology, collaborating across disciplines to deliver patient‑centered, innovative cancer care in the Twin Cities. Base salary $525,000–$550,000, comprehensive benefits.

What you’ll do

• Provide integrative oncology care across the cancer continuum (prevention, treatment, survivorship)
• Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists, surgeons, nutritionists, geneticists, social workers, acupuncturists, palliative experts, and rehab specialists
• Partner with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to integrate complementary medicine and well‑being services
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Practice in state‑of‑the‑art clinics and infusion centers across three metro locations
• Use the Epic EMR for coordinated, connected care
• Contribute to quality improvement and peer review initiatives

Who you are (Qualifications)

• MD/DO (or foreign equivalency); graduate of an ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Additional training in Palliative Medicine/Integrative Oncology
• BE/BC with ABMS/AOA; able to obtain/maintain MN medical license, DEA, NPI
• Meets credentialing and hospital privileges criteria
• BLS certification within 180 days of hire
