Customer Service Rep, Hendrick Medical Supply-Abilene

JOB SUMMARY

  • Serves as a liaison for Hendrick Medical Supply, new and existing patients, and all referral sources by providing / researching insurance coverage and payment information, also receives and coordinates all referrals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

  • High School or equivalent

    • Minimum Work Experience

  • 1 years
  • Required Licenses / Certifications

    • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Compose letters / memoranda.
  • Input data into computer programs.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Research Information.
  • Bilingual
  • On call schedule may be required.
