About the Role

You will work with an existing portfolio of clients and will focus on retaining and growing a regionally diverse set of corporate clients.

This will be achieved by a solution-based approach to up-selling targets, ensuring adoption of key products, executing on campaigns and improving customer satisfaction.

The Relationship Manager reports to the Vice President of Large Accounts.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus

Identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities

Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers

Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account

Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management team, as needed

Understanding the customer’s needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies

Requirements

Solid business development and relationship management experience from the B2B, corporate or professional services sectors

Ability to engage and advise with a consultative and solutions driven approach

Experience in providing excellent customer care

Strong communication skills to include presentations and negotiations

A proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets

The ability to work well autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study

Salary range

Base : $99,400

Commissions : $55,000

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for NYC.$78,200.00 - $145,400.00
