Job Description

Baer is looking for SAP Program Manager for a 12+ month project located in Miami, FL

Title : SAP Program Manager

Location : Local to Miami, FL (Onsite Mon-Fri)

Duration : 12 months

Rate : All-Inclusive

Alignment : C2C or W2

Description :

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP-to-Cloud migration programs.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and timelines aligned with business goals.
• Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI / CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM, BW / BI, S / 4HANA).
• Oversee system assessments, fit-gap analyses, and cloud readiness activities.
• Collaborate with SAP BASIS, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure smooth migration.
• Support design of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures for SAP workloads.
• Ensure minimal disruption during migration and cutover phases.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and cloud providers.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance for quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, particularly around data security and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance and standards (GDPR, SOX, SAP licensing).
• Provide regular program updates to executive leadership and steering committees.
• Track and report KPIs to measure migration success and business value.
