JobOverview :

We are seeking a highlymotivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team. TheSourcing Manager will be responsible for developing andimplementing strategies to source the best products at the s forour stores.

This is a fulltime permanent position.

KeyResponsibilities :

Develop andimplement sourcing strategies to ensure the best products areavailable at the s for our stores

Identify andevaluate potential suppliers negotiate contracts and terms andmanage relationships with vendors

Conductmarket research to stay informed on industry trends and changes inpricing and availability of products

Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing and inventoryto ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to ourstores

Monitor and analyze supplier performanceand make recommendations for improvements as needed

Develop and maintain strong relationships with keysuppliers to ensure the best deals and terms are obtained

Work closely with the marketing team to identify andsource new and innovative products to meet customerdemands

Ensure compliance with all legal andethical standards in sourcing and procurement activities

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business supply chainmanagement or related field
• Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in sourcing procurement or supply chainmanagement
• Strong negotiation skills andexperience in contract management
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Abilityto work independently and in a teamenvironment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office andexperience with sourcing software is aplus
• Knowledge of industry trends and marketanalysis
• Strong attention to detail and abilityto multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
