Assistant Store Manager

Seeking a full-time employee ( minimum 35 hours ) who has the desire and capability to grow within our company!

We are a professional tanning & wellness salon the seeks to excellently serve our clients to create positive experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Meet sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash Handling, Opening / Closing procedures
• Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking.
• Set example for non management staff

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check (Drug Free Workplace)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail, customer service environment.
• 1-3 Years Leadership experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to list 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
• MUST LOVE TANNING!
