Location : 34400 Mission Blvd, Union City, CA 94587

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Tuesday-Saturday

Hours : 40 hours per week (Weekend rotation required)

Job Summary :

Join Masonic Homes of California, a breathtaking continuing care retirement community in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are searching for a passionate PTA to aid in delivering therapeutic care across our diverse facilities, which include SNF, ALF, and ILF on our beautiful 267-acre campus.

Qualifications :

• Current PTA license in the state of California
• Experience in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, memory care, and post-surgical rehab
• A heart for service and improving resident well-being

Responsibilities :

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatments and resident rehabilitation plans
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Help residents achieve their maximum levels of physical activity and independence
