Outpatient Clinician - Fee for Service

Northeast Family Services is seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join our growing team in Florida! Under the direction of the Program Director, the Outpatient Clinician will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.

Compensation : Fee For Service

Fee For Service

• $45 / hour for MA Level
• $50-$55 / hour MA Level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60 / hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level experience
• $60-$70 / hour for independent license

Premiums paid for :

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• In office and at patient's home visits are required

Fee for Service Therapists with a 15-hour caseload are eligible for pro-rated benefits after two years
