We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hospitality Concierge to join our team. In this position, your primary responsibility will be managing room reservations and booking accommodations for our clients.

Responsibilities : Handle hotel reservations, including inquiries, bookings, and confirming room availability. Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person, assisting with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.

Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, addressing special requests or concerns. Process payments, reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
