What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and its perimeter, to help to deter potential incidents.

Monitor for unusual activity related to the food and beverage environment and report observations according to site protocols.

Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and observing entry points as necessary.

Adhere to all protocols regarding the carrying and handling of assigned firearms in accordance with company policies and licensing requirements.

Collaborate with site management and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergency situations.

Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in compliance with Allied Universal policies and client site requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
