Descripción del trabajoPrevious experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation Experience in special education or related field is a plus Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is highly desirable Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is strongly preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive training program provided Opportunities for career advancement within the organization Supportive work environment that values teamwork and professional growth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect data and track progress on behavioral goals
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective care
- Support individuals in daily living activities (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of sessions and progress
