Inside Sales Representative - Technical

This sales position is great for a technically-minded individual looking for a lasting career in a growing, high-tech field.
Responsibilities
- Satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner
- Main point of contact for designated accounts
- Offer product solutions for customers using your technical expertise
- Promote value-added services to customers
- Process customer quotes, orders and returns
- Complete a comprehensive training program to learn our products & services
- Expedite orders to satisfy customer timelines
- Perform other inside-sales related tasks
- Be an asset to the entire team, not just order entry and field complaints
