Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Security Guard to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment.
You will work the entrance gate of a 55 and older community checking in guests and visitors
Hours available are :
Saturdays 2pm-10pm
Sundays 2pm-10pm.
Wednesdays 6am-2pm
Additional hours are always available.
Responsibilities
- Work the entrance gate at a 55 and older community
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Report on daily activities and any security incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
- Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
