As we scale our innovations into real-world products, we’re looking for an R&D Process Integrator to help us push the boundaries of what’s possible in electronic and thermal packaging.

What you'll do

• Lead process architecture development for AirJet's advanced nodes and transfer them to manufacturing
• Lead process integration activities to set up appropriate specifications, analytics, PDK development
• Responsible for selection and development of key process equipment and ecosystem necessary for advanced node development, especially within the R&D fab
• Hands‑on process & materials development for critical steps in AirJet manufacturing including etching, bonding and lamination
• Optimize manufacturing processes working closely with the NPI manufacturing team with respect to yield, failure root cause analysis, and performance improvement
