As we scale our innovations into real-world products, we’re looking for an R&D Process Integrator to help us push the boundaries of what’s possible in electronic and thermal packaging.
What you'll do
- Lead process architecture development for AirJet's advanced nodes and transfer them to manufacturing
- Lead process integration activities to set up appropriate specifications, analytics, PDK development
- Responsible for selection and development of key process equipment and ecosystem necessary for advanced node development, especially within the R&D fab
- Hands‑on process & materials development for critical steps in AirJet manufacturing including etching, bonding and lamination
- Optimize manufacturing processes working closely with the NPI manufacturing team with respect to yield, failure root cause analysis, and performance improvement
What you'll bring
7+ years in process engineering, process integration with a focus on semiconductor, display or electronic packagingStrong understanding of materials science, with emphasis on material behavior, process integration for large area semiconductor / display / packaging. Knowledge of thermal interface materials, adhesives, and coatings and plusHands‑on experience with some of the following technologies in high‑scale manufacturing : deposition and etch techniques, additive manufacturing, and joining technologiesEnsure safety and environmental compliance in chemical and thermal operationsProficiency in DOE, SPC, FMEA, and process validationFamiliarity with data processing software like JMP, Tableau or PowerBIProven ability to collaborate effectively across R&D, product design, operations, and external partnersPassion for solving problems in a fast‑paced environmentMS / PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fieldCompensation
Base salary range : $150,000 - $210,000 depending on experienceTotal compensation includes base salary, relocation allowance if applicable, and potential annual bonus and equity awardSeniority level
