A busy private practice urgent care company and Health System are currently seeking a BC Urgent Care, Internal Medicine or Family Practice candidate in Birmingham, AL.

Candidate must have experience in similar environment.

Call rotation 1 : 8

Other services consistent with a ""Medical Home"" practice model (ex. primary cardiology, management of diabetes)
