Our client is an independent brand agency that blends strategy, creativity, and craft to help brands flourish and businesses grow. They are currently seeking an Associate Client Services Director who has creative agency experience and is curious, ambitious, and driven to join the team for a 6 month freelance assignment for leave coverage.

Responsibilities :

• Joining the current client services team to coordinate and contribute to strategy, design, marketing, and experience projects
• Oversee diverse creative industry project types and working autonomously and as part of a team while overseeing high-profile client relationships
• Working in a relatively fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interfacing with all client levels to maintain strong and long-lasting relationships
• Engaging clients with enthusiasm and authenticity around the services we offer to bolster incremental business development
• Working with clients to determine their creative and other marketing needs and identifying and presenting the agency's services that address evolving client needs
• Assisting in the delivery of client projects, communicating closely with clients throughout the process
• Negotiating timelines with clients and educating them about implications of changes to their schedule to ensure all deadlines are met
• Coordinating workload, priorities, and project planning with the wider team
• Coordinating projects with third party suppliers as required
