This role involves handling professional liability and commercial litigation cases, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and trials. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cases involving professional liability and commercial litigation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
