Our client, a well-established law firm located in Coconut Grove, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The firm is known for its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and partnership disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, and trial.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and communication throughout the litigation process.
• Stay current with developments in commercial litigation and related areas of law to provide informed and effective representation.
