Our client, a well-established law firm located in Coconut Grove, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The firm is known for its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and partnership disputes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, and trial.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and communication throughout the litigation process.
- Stay current with developments in commercial litigation and related areas of law to provide informed and effective representation.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the Florida Bar.5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings is preferred.Benefits :
