  • Provideremote desktop level L2 troubleshooting of end user issues by taking remotecontrol of their Laptop / Desktop / VDI
  • Solvetechnical issues related to Windows 10 / 11, iOS and Mac operating systems andstandard software components like MS Office / VPN / Anti-Virus / Skype etc.
  • Providesupport in enroll the iOS devices in MDM (JAMF) and investigate the incidentsand Tasks
  • Deploymentof device drivers and windows patch updates
  • Troubleshootlaptop / desktop performance, group policy, Encryption and failed Softwareconfiguration of end user devices
  • Managethe Security compliance health status of end user workstations
  • Monitorsecurity patching status and remedy deficiencies proactively
  • Diagnose,troubleshoot, resolve and escalate supported software, hardware and peripheralIncident calls assigned from Service Desk team
  • Adjustconfiguration options as required to resolve defects identified whileperforming corrective action on a device
  • Investigatedesktop level incidents and identify root causes to be able to providesolutions.
  • Deployment,Monitoring, Reporting of Device Drivers including BIOS & utilities
  • SupportWindows 10 Feature upgrade using modern management techniques - SCCM / Auto Pilot
  • L2Workstations operational support
  • Monitorand report on User experience.
  • Report on Workstation image deployments andpatch compliance metrics
