New Castle Building Products is searching for a self motivated outside salesperson that thrives to crush personal and industry goals on a daily, quarterly, and yearly basis. We are currently seeking a full time Outside Sales Representative to join our Baltimore branch. In this role candidates should have an outgoing personality, ability to streamline processes all while upholding good communication skills while interacting with the general public.
Qualifications :
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to the Company’s mission and its core values
- Excellent communication skills
- Bi-Lingual a Plus
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Have the ability to work independently, remain organized, and handle several tasks simultaneously
Day-to-day Responsibilities :
Call on existing customer accounts and increase sales revenuesWork to generate new accountsProvide accurate and prompt quotesFollow up on quotes and awarded projectsCoordinate quotes and deliveries with the inside sales staffHelp to resolve customer concernsAssist the Accounts receivable department in collections when neededAttend industry and product related seminars when requiredPreparing computer generated work orders for customersWork closely with Branch ManagerRemain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the Company’s product linesYou will be expected to perform other duties as assignedRequirements for the role :
Residential experience required (Roofing, Siding, Decking, Windows / Doors, Metal, Gutters)Road Sales; generating new leads outside of the officeAbility to schedule and manage workday, meetings, customer visits, etc.Maintaining existing customers by relationship buildingManage a CRM ProgramHow does this Role Benefit you :
