Descripción del trabajoAbility to show up on time, every day, ready to work Ability to learn and master tasks quickly and safely Physically able to walk many miles in a day, often times in high heat and humidity Must be able to work independently and problem-solve Physically able to lift 80 pounds in a safe manner Strong communication skills Strong math skills Excellent customer service skills Past fertilizing experience a plus, but will train the right person Must have a team attitude and be flexible in which division you may fit into at different times of the year Must have a valid, current driver's license and driving record acceptable to our insurance provider

Graczyk Lawn & Landscape, an award-winning company based in Kearney, has an exciting opening for a full-time lawn fertilizer technician. We are looking for a long-term, highly motivated, and responsible person to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a career-minded individual who loves the green industry. We will train the right person. Year-round, off-season work is a possibility with snow removal, Christmas light installation, fall lawn work, Curb-It installation, and hardscaping.
The Lawn Fertilizer Technician is responsible for applying fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides to our clients’ properties.Technicians will work independently once trained.

This position does require a Class 00,04 Pesticide Applicator’s License, Turf and Ornamental. If you do not have a current license, we will help you to obtain one.
