JOB TITLE : Forming Operator

SUMMARY :

Coordinates or works with the Badging Dept Supervisor and other ChroMax Department operators

DUTIES :

• Process information from the production orders
• Set up and operate the Demak (Chromax) machines
• Inspect the product for defects
• Communicate with co-workers about job specifications and requirements
• Follow relevant safety / health and environmental regulations
• Be familiar with and follow ISO Quality System procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and / or Experience :

SPECIAL SKILLS OR ABILITIES : Must possess the following skills :

EQUIPMENT USED :

Drip Mold (Chromax) machines, computer, calculator and misc. office equipment / supplies.
