seeking a Palliative Care Physician to build a new program in Oklahoma! This physician will work closely with staff to provide direct inpatient care.

Requirements :

• Employed position through Clinic
• Board Certified / Board Eligible (Must become BC within 7 years of completing training)
• Physician must have successfully completed Palliative Care fellowship

Staffing model will consist of :

Expected Volume :

• 35,000 admissions to Hospital / year
• Average 8-10 patients a day (2 new patients and 6-8 follow ups)
