Phone Operator

Role : Phone Operator

Location : Oklahoma City, OK 73134

Pay Rate Range : $ 15 / hour

Job Responsibilities :

• Answers incoming calls
• Transfer calls where needed
• Work on WC - create data sheets with who the attorney, adjuster, insurance - just fill out the form with information given to them.
• Fax those at then end of the day to adjuster and case manager
• Open and sort the mail - med records, bills, reports, choose the category and scan and file it into the patients charts.
