Location : Plano, TX (near the Tollway & Spring Creek)
Schedule : Part-time, on-site
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM (minimum 6 hours per day; exact part-time hours are negotiable)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and team operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in making sure daily operations and special projects run smoothly.
Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will :
- Coordinate on-site office and administrative activities to support company operations.
- Assist leadership with scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.
- Help organize projects related to systems, marketing, and technology.
- Act as a central point of contact between departments, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure the office runs efficiently and team priorities stay on track.
Key Responsibilities :
Office & Administrative Support
Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation for leadership.Track action items and ensure follow-up on key deliverables.Oversee on-site office organization, supplies, and general operations.Support internal and external communications with professionalism and confidentiality.Operations & Project Coordination
Assist with ongoing operational initiatives (CRM / ATS updates, SharePoint organization, etc.).Help create templates, reports, and structured workflows.Schedule and document team meetings, distributing notes and action items.Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes.Marketing & Technology Support
Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, website updates, and social media planning.Monitor office systems and assist with IT or tech-related requests.Team Support & Organization
Help coordinate onboarding and training materials.Support company-wide communication and assist with team initiatives or events.Ideal Candidate Profile Experience :
2-5 years in an administrative, office coordination, or project support role. Experience in aviation, staffing, or a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
Skills :
Excellent organizational and time management skills.Familiar with CRM or ATS systems (JobAdder, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and cloud-based tools.Strong written and verbal communication.Detail-oriented and proactive.Attributes :
