Descripción del trabajoMinimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen. Understanding of food preparation and sanitation standards. Must clear a criminal background check and drug screen. Experience in schools, country clubs, or hospitals is a plus. Certified Kitchen Assistant certification is a plus. Oversee and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure all food prepared meets high-quality standards. Maintain inventory levels and order food products as needed. Keep the kitchen clean and safe, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Perform daily inventory checks and maintain proper food storage. Assist with cleaning prep areas and perform daily cleaning duties in the kitchen.
