Job Title : Assembler Job Description
The Assembler will be responsible for assembling pumps for gas on an individual workbench. The role involves working from blueprints and utilizing hand and power tools to complete sub-assemblies and fully build the pumps. Additionally, the assembler will construct crates for shipping the final products. The finished products range in size from that of a desktop computer to the size of the workbench, with larger items requiring the use of an overhead crane.
Responsibilities
Assemble pumps from start to finish using hand and power tools.
Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.
Complete sub-assemblies and add components until the pump is fully assembled.
Build crates for shipping the assembled products.
Use an overhead crane for larger products when necessary.
Ensure all tasks are completed on individual workbenches.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Mechanical assembly skills.
6+ months of experience with hand tools and mechanical tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Attendance and attitude are crucial.
Ability to stand all day and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with complex assembly tasks such as building furniture or working on cars is beneficial.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse with a small team of six assemblers. Each assembler has their own workbench and tools. Enjoy flexible work hours between 6 am and 5 pm, with a standard 8-hour shift. Initial training is scheduled from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm. The environment is non-repetitive, with daily variations in tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
