Land Technician and Senior Landmen

The
Land Administrator
plays a critical support role in maintaining accurate, organized Land records and documentation for the Land and Title Department. This position will be responsible for managing digital and physical files related to Oil & Gas Mineral Leases, Title Opinions, Deeds, and other essential Land documents.
This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual seeking to grow within a technical, fast-paced environment. The role offers direct exposure to Land operations and Title processes and requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and task ownership.
️ Document Management & File Integrity
Maintain and organize digital and hard copy records for Oil & Gas Mineral Leases, Title Opinions, Deeds, and related agreements
Scan, label, and upload documents into internal Land databases and shared systems
Ensure proper file structure, version control, and accessibility of Land records
Lease and Title Data Support
Enter and update Lease data, including terms, expiration dates, payment obligations, and option periods
Coordinate administrative tasks and timelines with Land Technicians and Senior Landmen
Monitor the status of document requests and update records accordingly
Reporting and Data Entry
Assist with preparation of summaries, reports, and project tracking spreadsheets
Enter and verify data within internal Land systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
Support routine reporting needs by updating internal records and document logs
Administrative Support
Schedule internal meetings and maintain calendars related to project and departmental tasks
Assist in compiling, formatting, and organizing document packages for review or delivery
Provide ongoing administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the Land and Title Department
✅ Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited college or university (required)
~1–3 years of administrative or industry-related experience (Energy, Land, or Title preferred)
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based file systems
~ Full-time, on-site availability Monday through Friday is required
