MaxCare Health & Residential Services is a residential group home providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team for full-time, part-time, every other weekend and / or PRN positions.
You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.
Responsibilities :
- Medication Administration
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment
Shifts Available :
- 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm
- 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm
- 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in personal / clinical care or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
- CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
