Adecco is hiring a Payroll Tax Specialist for a remote, contract position through March. In this role, you'll support payroll tax activities for year-end and the start of the new year, working closely with ADP and state agencies to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
What You'll Do
Work with ADP to fix and close out any payroll tax issues.
Set up new state and local tax accounts when needed.
Talk directly with state and local tax offices to get answers or resolve issues.
Keep track of open items and share weekly updates .
Make sure all payroll tax filings are accurate and compliant with deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Experience using ADP payroll and tax systems.
Knowledge of multi-state payroll taxes .
Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently.
Bonus points if you've handled tax notices or registrations before.

Pay Details : $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
