We're looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial construction projects – from preconstruction through closeout. The role oversees scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.
Base Pay Range
$95,000.00 / yr – $130,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day project operations : scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and reporting.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and performance, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
- Partner with field supervision to maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and KPIs; prepare internal and external status reports.
- Manage change orders, material procurement, and subcontractor billing.
- Conduct OAC and progress meetings, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Drive project startup and closeout, including permitting, mobilization, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
- Mentor assistant-level staff and provide direction on best practices and project delivery methods.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.4+ years of progressive experience managing industrial construction projects.Proven success running multiple $15M+ projects with limited supervision.Strong knowledge of industrial construction practices, safety, and QA / QC standards.Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, P6 / MS Project, or similar software.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors from award to turnover.Opportunity to lead major industrial builds with a reputable, growing contractor.Supportive team culture focused on safety, collaboration, and long-term relationships.Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities.Travel
