Responsibilities

  • Support the manager the lifecycle of a SuccessFactors oriented landscape, with experience in multiple processes / modules and a preferred focus on SuccessFactors Compensation, Compensation-Reward and Recognition, Stories reporting, and Payroll process from a functional standpoint
  • Support the manager to analyse the needs of the HR Stakeholders for the area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree Information Technology or equivalent
  • 4+ years’ experience with HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors system and platforms proven hands-on on SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • SuccessFactors associate certifications on the compensation module will be considered a plus
  • Successfactors BI and reporting experience is a plus
  • Multinational experience is a plus
