Architectural Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one o the largest commercial property group's in the country. They are looking for a project manager / AutoCAD expert to join their design services team to support the national roll-out projects for their major retail clients.

Description :

• Owns key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and building trust striving for long-term relationships
• Manages a team to execute client project needs providing hands on support when needed
• Develops and executes work flow logistics
• Ensures projects deadlines are met
• Partners and coordinates with internal teams to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfies all requirements of contracts
• Build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team
• Provides technical assistance as required

l Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

5+ years of Architectural experience

Previous Management experience

Must have experience producing Design Architecture for retail and restaurant clients

AutoCAD is a must - ability to produce construction drawings using AutoCAD
