Audi New Orleans is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as an Audi Brand Specialists. We are a family-owned dealership with tradition that has been proudly serving the New Orleans area for over 90 years. Responsibilities

• Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the show floor and the outdoor display area.
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to every customer.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by following the policies and procedures by listening and asking questions.
• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all dealership products, services, and procedures.
• Assist in purchasing of vehicles.
• Prospect daily for potential customers by following dealership prospect development system.
• Maintain A follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience (min 5 years).
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

• High school graduate
