Key Responsibilities
Provide timely technical and product support to members via various communication channels
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure accurate information is conveyed to members
Document all member interactions and manage up-to-date member information while respecting confidentiality
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in using customer service and healthcare platforms for communication and documentation
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with insurance processes and managing confidential patient data in compliance with HIPAA
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
