We're searching for a dedicated and meticulous Accounting Technician to enhance their finance team. This role presents a prime opportunity for entry-level candidates desiring to launch their careers in accounting and finance, while contributing to valuable work that supports the welfare of union members.

WHAT YOU’LL DO : Executing and reconciling transactions accurately and promptly. Aiding in financial reporting and the month-end closing process.

Managing invoicing and overseeing accounts payable / receivable functions. Assisting with budget preparations and audit processes.

Helping to formulate and apply accounting policies and practices. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

Outstanding communication and organizational capabilities. Ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
