Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive employee relations climate by addressing concerns and advising management
Provide guidance to supervisors on employee relations and performance management issues
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment processes and assist in job description development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
2 years of work experience in Human Resources
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Functional knowledge of state and federal employment and labor compliance requirements
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite
