Position Title : Clinical Supervisor

BCaBA Salary Range : $62,250 - $80,846 commensurate with experience

BCBA Salary Range : $82,450 - $102,820 commensurate with experience

Qualifications (Minimum) : BCBA or BCaBA and LBA / LABA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Job Duties :

• Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and / or community)
• Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
• Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
• Data analysis
• Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
• Conduct clinical supervision
• Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents / legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service Continuity
• Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
