Responsibilities for the role of Bookkeeper :

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• The Bookkeeper will reconcile financial statements, bank accounts, and general ledgers on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
• The Bookkeeper will monitor and maintain petty cash transactions and reconcile them with receipts.
• Prepare and submit timely tax forms and reports as required.
• The Bookkeeper will assist in month-end and year-end close procedures, including account analysis and journal entries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Preferred Qualifications for the role of Bookkeeper :

Salary Range : $48,000 - $57,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
