The Role
This is a prove-yourself opportunity for a closer who can drive revenue from day one. You'll own sales for iRocket Services—our digital growth agency offering the Authority Engine, AEO / SeVO (AI-powered Reddit growth), programmatic advertising, and full-stack growth packages targeting revenue and marketing leaders. Every dollar you bring in fuels team expansion and platform growth. You're not joining a sales team—you're building one.
This role is turn-key. We have product-market fit, packages ready to sell, pricing locked in, and a proven Authority Engine model that's already attracting demand. You'll start as a high-commission contractor with clear performance milestones. Hit your numbers, and you transition to VP of Sales with competitive salary, stock options, and benefits when we close our seed round.
What You'll Own
Close deals and generate revenue across iRocket Services' full suite—Authority Engine packages ($6K-$9.5K), AEO / SeVO Reddit growth ($3K-$6.5K / month), programmatic ad management, and custom growth strategies for B2B companies.
Build and manage your pipeline targeting revenue leaders (CMOs, VPs of Growth, Heads of Revenue) and marketing leaders (Directors of Marketing, Growth Marketers, Agency Owners).
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing and onboarding—working directly with the CEO and growth team to refine positioning, pricing, and deal structure as we scale.
Drive immediate revenue that funds team growth—your success directly impacts our ability to hire and scale.
Transition to leadership by documenting what works, building repeatable playbooks, and preparing to lead a sales team post-funding.
What Success Looks Like
Month 1-3 : Close $30K-$50K in contracts and build a qualified pipeline of 20+ prospects.
Month 4-6 : Scale to $75K-$100K in closed revenue and refine messaging, objection handling, and case studies.
Month 6-9 : Achieve consistent $30K-$50K monthly revenue and prepare to scale into VP of Sales role upon funding.
What You Bring
Proven B2B sales track record closing $5K-$25K deals with marketing or revenue leaders.
Hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently.
Consultative selling approach focused on outcomes and relationship-building.
Startup experience or the mindset for fast-paced, lean execution.
Strong communication and ability to navigate executive-level sales cycles.

Compensation Growth PathPhase 1 : High-Commission Contractor (Now)
15-25% commission on all closed deals (based on experience and deal size).
No base salary—pure performance-based earning.
Immediate revenue opportunity with ready-to-sell products and proven demand.
Phase 2 : VP of Sales (Upon Funding)
Competitive base salary ($100K-$140K range, depending on experience).
Equity : 0.25%-0.5% in stock options (4-year vesting).
