Join our team as a part-time Barista!
As a Barista, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional coffee and tea beverages while providing outstanding customer service.
Your role will involve :
- Crafting delicious and aesthetically pleasing drinks according to our recipes and standards.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
Baristas are expected to perform 5 Star Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee.
- Must be 16 years old
- Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced environment
