Base Salary Range : $80,000 - $200,000

We are seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Family Law Attorney for our firm. This position will focus on providing counsel to clients with family law-related legal needs.

To ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients, we are looking for an experienced attorney with a strong track record in family law, litigation, and legal services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct research and provide legal advice related to family law matters.
• Represent clients in family law court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Develop litigation strategies for family law cases.
• Provide consultation to clients on family-related legal issues.
• Work closely with opposing counsel and other legal professionals to facilitate resolution of disputes.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the state of operation.
• 1+ years of experience with Family Law Litigation
