The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent in mechanical engineering and related disciplines to drive our projects forward.

This role demands a proactive approach in leveraging both traditional and innovative recruitment strategies to fulfill our staffing requirements efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and refresh job descriptions for roles within the mechanical engineering and related fields.
• Leverage industry-specific job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry conferences to source qualified candidates.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit with our company culture.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and streamline the recruitment process.
• Implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract passive candidates and develop a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Preferred Skills :

• Proven track record of recruiting in the mechanical industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's roles and qualifications.
• Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and managing candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and negotiating offers.
• Strategic planning abilities, with experience in creating and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation in the mechanical sector's hiring landscape.
