Shang Artisan Noodle is looking for talented and experienced individuals to join our management team. Shang Artisan Noodle exists to reinterpret traditional Chinese noodles in a contemporary fashion.
Our goal is provide food and service that is simple but always outstanding. As a Store Manager, you will primarily focus on the operation of entire restaurant, which includes, but not limited to :
Team :
In charge of hiring and training team members. Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members’ performance. Create proper schedules and process payroll, while maintaining an effective cost control.
Communications :
Communicate immediately and effectively with guests, teammates, management, and vendors.
Operations :
Ensure food quality and consistency and delivering exceptional customer dining experience. Maintain overall store cleanliness, cost control, and inventory control.
Comprehensive knowledge of all associated regulations.

Qualifications :
- Mush have management experience in full-service restaurant
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must obtain ServSafe Manager Certification
